Labyrinth open to the public in Gladstone

GLADSTONE — Trinity Episcopal Church in Gladstone is inviting the public to use its labyrinth, located on the corner of 9th Street and Dakota Avenue. The labyrinth is a type of prayer walk that has been used for centuries. Individuals pray as they follow the path. For more information, call 906-474-9926.

Loans available for Gladstone students

GLADSTONE — The Gladstone Scholarship and Student Loan Foundation will be awarding interest-free $2,000 loans to Gladstone High School graduates pursuing further education for the 2021-22 academic year.

Alumni may receive up to four annual loans during their lifetimes. Applications will be available beginning May 1 in the high school office. The deadline for submission is June 11 and both parent and student signatures are required on the forms.
