Veteran Service Officer sets office hours

HERMANSVILLE — Mike Dellisse, Menominee County veterans service officer, will beholding office hours on Wednesday, April 7 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Floriano-Stecker Kelly American Legion Hall in Hermansville.

Veterans or widows that need assistance with the Veterans Administration, claims with the Administration, Agent Orange, headstones, grave-markers, or information on the Oscar Johnson Veterans Administration Medical Center in Iron Mountain should see Dellisse on visit to Hermansville.

If you have any questions on the Michigan Veterans Trust Fund for Menominee County, Dellisse can help.

Delta County LWV to hold used book sale

ESCANABA — The Delta County League of Women Voters will hold a used book sale at the Kiwanis Home and Garden Show, April 9-11 at the Ruth Butler Building on the U.P. State Fairgrounds.

The hours of the show are 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
