Bookmobile adds Saturday service

MENOMINEE — Menominee County Library’s Bookmobile is now out and about on Saturdays. In an effort to reach more county residents, the bookmobile has added Saturday stops in addition to the regular community stops during the week. The Menominee County Library Bookmobile schedule can be found on the library website. Call the library for more information at 906-753-6923.

The public is welcome at all Bookmobile stops. If you don’t have a library card, you can be signed up at a stop.

Menominee County Voiture fundraiser

HERMANSVILLE — The Voiture 1288 gun raffle fundraiser for nurses’ training is scheduled for Oct. 10 at the Carney-Nadeau American Legion. Only 125 tickets are available.
