Legion Post 340 to meet

HERMANSVILLE — The Floriano-Stecker Kelly Americna Legion Hall in Hermansville will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday, Aug. 13 at 6 p.m. at the American Legion Club Room in Hermansville.

Croatian chicken dinner

GLADSTONE — Sons of the American Legion Squadron 71 is hosting a Croatian chicken dinner Sunday, Aug. 16 from 3 to 6 p.m. The dinner will be held at the American Legion, located at 802 Delta Ave., Gladstone.

The Legion asks you call ahead and reserve your dinner, as there is a limited amount of chickens available. You may take out the dinners or eat in at the hall.
