The grant will be used for traffic safety equipment, including two “Emergency Scene Ahead” signs, 10 tax LED road flare safety discs, and 25 NFPA-compliant traffic cones. The Stephenson department is a 100 percent volunteer agency with current membership of 17 trained and certified Michigan firefighters.
