ESCANABA — This year’s recipients of the Robert Dagenais Memorial Scholarship have been announced. Recieving the award are Elizabeth Lektzian, Isaiah Guevara, and Brayden Huffman.

Lektzian is already studying biology at Northern Michigan University. She is the daughter of Tracy and Mark Lektzian from Gladstone. Mark is an employee of First Bank.

Cesar and Beth Guevara are the parents of Isaiah Guevara. He is a 2018 graduate of Gwinn High School and is studying at Western Michigan University. Cesar is a Riverside Marquette employee.

Huffman is a 2019 graduate of Escanaba High School. He has chosen Central Michigan to begin his studies. His parents are Kathy and Joshua Huffman. Kathy is an employee of First Bank.

The Robert Dagenais Memorial Scholarship was established in 2009 for the benefit of a Riverside Auto Group or First Bank employee’s child. To date, 32 students have been chosen to receive this award.
