ESCANABA — Escanaba’s Title VI Indian Education Parent Committee held its Spring Feast on Tuesday, April 16, offering delicious fry bread.
Noc Bay Drum, which has been playing at the feasts for years, was joined by Will Carne.
Indian education graduates; senior scholarship recipients Bryton Feathers, Riley Mayville, and Jenna Pease; and honor roll students were recognized. The Indian Ed Student of the Year was awarded to 7th grader, Adelia Kang. Many students, families, and friends enjoyed the evening of community.
