SPALDING – North Central Area Schools held their annual National Honor Society Induction Banquet on Sunday, Octo. 16 at St. John Neumann Parish Hall in Spalding. Eight candidates were inducted, joining eleven current members.Selection of members is based on meeting the criteria of all four pillars that NHS stands for – Leadership, Character, Scholarship and Service. Early admission sophomores must maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher. Juniors and Seniors must maintain a 3.3 cumulative GPA. The Chapter is advised by NCA Art Teacher and Varsity Volleyball Coach Emily Westphal.
