Elvis tribute coming to Island stage

HARRIS — The Island Resort & Casino, with Radio Results Network, invites the public to experience the unforgettable voice and spirit of Elvis — reborn through Doug Church: The Legendary Voice featuring the Fabulous Change of Habit Tribute Band, live at the Island Showroom on Jan. 3.

Tickets are $20 and are available now.

With a voice uncannily reminiscent of Elvis Presley, Church has earned international acclaim for bringing the music, magic and memories of Elvis to life on stages across the world.

As a longtime star of the Las Vegas tribute production “Legends in Concert,” Church spent more than a decade portraying “The King” in dazzling performances across the U.S., Canada and international stages from The Bahamas to Bangkok and Hong Kong.

His solo performances have drawn standing ovations in countries as diverse as Denmark, Norway, England, Ireland, Germany and Spain.

Beyond the stage, Church has educated and inspired fellow performers with his acclaimed instructional DVD series, “Sing Like the King.” His innovative four-volume project “Kingtinued” — featuring songs Elvis might have recorded had his journey continued — has sold hundreds of thousands of copies worldwide.

Today, he continues to celebrate the King’s legacy through original productions such as “Salute to the Stars” and “Elvis: Beyond ’77” — shows that explore Elvis’s journey beyond his final days.

At the Island, audiences will get a rare chance to witness this passion firsthand, as Church channels every era of Elvis’s iconic career in one thrilling, unforgettable night.

Starting at $3.50/week.
