Laura Anderson and Andrew Kretsch

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Chris and Kimberly Anderson of Escanaba, Mich., and Lanny and Barbara Kretsch of Manitowoc, Wis., are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Laura Anderson and Andrew Kretsch.

Laura initially received her undergraduate nursing degree at Bay College in Escanaba. While working as a surgical step-down unit registered nurse, followed by a cardiac care unit registered nurse, she continued to pursue her Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Degree from Walden University, receiving her Advanced Practice Degree in 2019. Laura has most recently been working as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in acute inpatient hospital-based medicine settings in Green Bay, Wis. at Bellin Hospital, and currently for HSHS St. Vincent, St. Mary’s, and St. Clare Hospitals.

Andrew received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2012. He continued his education in Risk Management and Insurance, receiving a designation as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, furthering his career at Jewelers Mutual in Neenah, Wis., where he has worked for the past 10 years.

The couple will be celebrating a destination wedding this upcoming April in Cancun, Mexico.
