Kevin Gendron and Jalyn Dagenais

ESCANABA — Mike and Lisa Dagenais are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Jalyn to Kevin Gendron, son of Janet Draze and Dave Gendron.

Jalyn is a 2013 graduate of Escanaba High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University in 2017, where she majored in public relations. Jalyn works alongside her family as a fourth-generation grocer at Elmer’s County Market and is the marketing and promotions coordinator.

Kevin graduated from Escanaba High School in 2012 and received his bachelor’s degree from Lake Superior State University in 2018, where he majored in business administration. He is currently employed as a project manager assistant at Payne and Dolan.

Kevin and Jalyn will be celebrating their marriage in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in January 2019 with family and friends.
