Ian DeMarse and Elizabeth Schmidt

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Elizabeth Schmidt of Menasha and Ian DeMarse of Milwaukee announce their engagement.

Liz is the daughter of Joel and Carrie Schmidt of Menasha, and Ian is the son of Jeff and Sandy DeMarse of Bark River.

Elizabeth is a 2014 graduate of Fox Valley Lutheran High School. She graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2018, with her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Liz is employed as an NICU RN at Wheaton Fransician St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee, Wis.

Ian is a 2012 graduate of Escanaba Area High School. He graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Ian is employed at Collections Associates in Milwaukee.

Ian and Liz are planning an Aug. 4, 2018 wedding.
