CLARK — Kingsford residents, Stacy (Garlow) and Gary Clark, welcomed a son, born at OSF St. Francis Hospital on November 23 at 5:33 a.m. William Donald weighed in at 8 pounds, 13.8 ounces, and was 21 inches long at birth. William’s grandparents are Brenda Garlow and Earl and Carrie Plimpton of Gladstone, Don and Cara Brockway of Rapid River. His great grandparents are Gerry Bovin, Gladstone, Gertrude Clark, Armada, Mich.
