MILLER — An infant boy, Sebastian William James, was born to Chloe Miller, of Escanaba, on June 18 at OSF St. Francis Hospital. Sebastian arrived at 12:42 a.m., weighing 6 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19.5 inches long at birth.
