Jax Jacob Polfus

POLFUS — Jenni and Jake Polfus of Carney, Michigan, are happy to announce the adoption of their son, Jax Jacob Polfus, on May 17, 2022. Jax’s grandparents are Tena Anderson of Iron Mountain, Bean and Paul Polfus of Carney, and Roy and Tammy Parrett of Stephenson.

Jax joins big sister Londyn and big brother Lance.
