Original attendants at the ceremony were bestman, Jim Broecker, brother of the groom; and the groomsman was Robert Manninen, brother of the bride. The maid of honor was Donna Caron, sister of the bride; and the bridesmaid was Linda Fundaro, sister of the bride.

Jon retired in 2014. He was a bus driver. He is a long time member of the Watson Bible Chapel. Jon enjoys gardening, woodworking, hunting and fishing.

Mary retired also from bus driving in 2012 and is a long time member of the Watson Bible Chapel. Mary enjoys walks, bike riding, jigsaw puzzles and the outdoors.

Their children are Christine Broecker of Kingsford, Mich. and Terry who lives in Tampa, Fla.
