HEBL — Elizabeth (Couchene) Hebl MD and Richard Hebl announce the birth of their daughter, Valerie Rose, on June 27 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, Wis. Valerie arrived at 6:39 a.m. weighing 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and measuring 20 inches in length.

Valerie joins sister, Anna, at home.

Maternal grandparents are Kathy and David Couchene of Escanaba. Paternal grandparents are Gladys and James E. Hebl of Eyota, Minn.

Valerie’s great-grandparents are Gordon and Theresa LeClair, and Shirley Couchene, all of Escanaba, and Lorraine Anfinson of Peterson, Minn.
