The camp, which focuses on teaching the fundamentals and improving skills, will be taught by Paul and Jake Polfus, along with present and former players.

Norway racing

NORWAY — Fans coming from the south to attend weekly stock car races at Norway Speedway should allow a little extra travel time in 2019, due to the bridge on US-8 by the state border being closed for the summer for repairs.

Traffic on northbound US-8 will be detoured via US-141 through Niagara, Wis. and onto US-2 near Quinnesec. The detour will be reversed for southbound traffic.

Weekly Friday night racing starts May 31, with the grandstand opening at 5 p.m and the first green flag of the season flying at 7.

Coca-Cola late models, Auto Value super stocks, 141 Auto stock cars and stock fours compete weekly while the Ken’s Sports sport trucks compete roughly every other week.
