Girl Scout Kayton Gagnon of Gladstone Troop 5266 of the Northwestern Great Lakes Inc., recently worked on her Girl Scout Silver Award. Kayton's project was to collect knee length socks for the boys and girls at Bay Cliff Health Camp. Kayton's thoughts were to help the children who wear braces with these knee-length socks. She was fortunate to collect 723 pairs of knee-high tube socks that the entire camp is able to enjoy. The Scout is the daughter of Carolyn St. Juliana and Corey Gagnon, both of Gladstone. Troop leaders are Carolyn St. Juliana and Wendy Taavola.
