WILSON - Warren George Megenuph Jr., 28, N15389 Hannahville B-1 Rd., Wilson, passed away on Monday, Nov. 6, 2012, at Marquette General Hospital following a car/pedestrian accident in Hannahville.

He was born on March 11, 1984, son of Warren G. Megenuph, Sr. and Earlene Jackson.

Warren loved basketball and making people smile and laugh. He enjoyed working in the woods, playing pool and Tu Pac.

He is survived by his wife, Vanessa Megenuph; son, Warren George III; stepson, Thomas Jesse; mother, Earlene; brothers, Joshua Jackson, Jared (Meshelle) Jackson, Kevin Halfaday, Justin Smith, and Jeremy Card; sisters, Vanessa (Jody) McCullough, Valerie (Megan) Megenuph, Dana Megenuph, Kris Megenuph, Lisa Megenuph, Lori Megenuph; special moms, Annie Meshigaud and Tina Megenuph; special brothers, Mark Seymour, Joey Seymour, Harold Compo and Allen Doherty; special sisters, Deanna Thunder, Kristy Thunder, Leslie Monroe, Diana Halfaday, Jurney Matrious; cousins, Kelli Jackson, Jeremiah Jackson, Aaron Phillips, Trisha Donovan, Henry Donovan, Gary Donovan, Cahn Black, Jessie Wandahsega; uncles, George Megenuph Jr, Andrew Steele, Daryle Jackson, Doug Jackson, Eugene Jackson, Sam Steele, Arthur Steele and Thomas Demoines; aunts, Lena Carpenter, Brenda Bailey and Sharon Philemon; great uncles, Frank Meshigaud and Walter Meshigaud; many more aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Warren was preceded in death by his father, Warren George Megenuph Sr; brothers, Bradley Halfaday, Raymond Hardwick, Shawn Shawano; grandparents, George and Nina Megenuph, Gladys Meshigaud and Wilford Jackson; uncle, Emergy Megenuph; auntie, Mary Lou Meshigaud; and cousins, Nora Wandahsega and Christina Jackson.

Visitation will be on Thursday, Nov. 8, beginning at 4 p.m. at the Hannahville Community Center. The funeral service will follow on Friday morning at 10 a.m. at the community center with Jim Thunder officiating.

Burial will be in Hannahville Cemetery.

The Crawford Funeral Homes are assisting the Jackson-Megenuph family.
