This is my first letter to the editor. I’ve had three occasions to call 911. Each occurrence had the same response – excellent!

The phone operator was kind and helpful, the EMTs were prompt, knowledgeable and caring, the ER staff at OSF was outstanding.

Sincere thanks to everyone who was involved.

Delta County is fortunate indeed.
