Sandra L. Seymour

She was born in Marinesco, Mich., on May 8, 1942, the daughter of Pat and Nellie Smith. Sandra married Lawrence Seymour and taogether they had seven children.

Sandra was raised in Germfask and attended high school in Manistique. She spent many years in the service industry. In her free time, Sandra enjoyed traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family, which meant everything to her. She was a selfless person who was always willing to go above and beyond for others.

She is survived by her children: Wendy Norris, Patrick Seymour, Lisa Seymour, Kim Schultz, Michelle Seymour, and Shannon Seymour; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Connie Campbell, Ann Gould, and Joseph Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her son, Michael Seymour; brothers, Ron Norris and Frank Smith; and nieces, Cheryl Norris and Melissa Norris.

A celebration of Sandra’s life will be Saturday, May 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Ford River Township Hall, 3854 K Road, Bark River. Closer to the memorial, more information can be found at www.crawfordfuneralhomes.net.
