Vickie Lynn Stade St. Vincent

GLADSTONE — Vickie Lynn Stade St. Vincent, 65, of Gladstone, Mich., and formally of Ocala, Fla., passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020.

She was born on Nov. 18, 1954, to Richard and Marilyn (Seeley) Stade.

Vickie is preceded in death by her father, Richard Stade, and brother, David Stade.

She is survived by the father of her children, David St.Vincent of Florida, her sons, Paul (Carla) St. Vincent of Florida, Anthony (Melissa) St. Vincent of Florida, and Nicholas St. Vincent of Oregon, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her mother, Marilyn Stade of Gladstone; sister, Patti (Ken) Groff of Oregon; and brother, Mark (Laurie) Stade, also of Oregon, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a 1973 of graduate of Gladstone High School and received her BS at Lansing Community College as a registered nurse. Vickie worked many years as a nurse and spent her life caring for others. She shared a love of history with her father and spent most days with her faithful dog Lucy. Vickie loved her family and was a compassionate friend. She will be missed and cherished.

The family will receive friends on Monday, Feb. 24, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the First Lutheran Church in Gladstone. Funeral services will follow at 10:30 a.m. A coffee social hour will follow in the fellowship hall. Vickie’s final wishes were to have a Celebration of Her Life, which will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m. at the Gladstone Yacht Club.
