Joan R. Polishak
CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. — Joan R. Polishak, 84, passed away on Thursday evening, Aug. 22, 2019 in Crystal Lake, Ill.
Visitation will be on Saturday, Aug. 31 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Bark River. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. with Rev. Darryl Pepin officiating. A meal will follow in the church hall.
Burial will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery in Perronville.
