William ‘Chilly Willy’ Dunlop

Chilly Willy was born Dec. 5, 1962, in Escanaba, the son of Francis and Delores (Kesick) Dunlop. He lived a full life, traveling overseas to Europe and he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and family and watching wrestling.

Chilly Willy is survived by his daughters, Shannon Dunlop of Escanaba and Harmony Dunlop of Wilson; his grandchildren, James and Eleanor Johnsen; his siblings, Allan Kesick, Larry (Cindy) Couillard, Dwayne (Cheryl) Couillard, Daniel “Monk” Dunlop and Louise “LuLu” (Chris) Beauchamp; nephew and caregiver, Josh Dunlop and numerous other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Joe Couillard and Gary “Yucker” Dunlop, and his sisters, Francie “French” Loper and Cheryl “Pie” Sagataw.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 28, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Skradski Family Funeral Home in Escanaba. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Hannahville Community Center. He will be laid to rest in the Fernwood Cemetery in Gladstone.
