Dorothy (Fochesato)  St. Juliana

HERMANSVILLE — Dorothy St. Juliana, 86, of Hermansville, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility after a year-long battle with Alzheimers disease.

She was born on May 15, 1931, in Spalding, the daughter of William and Laura (Bushey) Perket where she lived until she married Reno Fochesato in 1949 and moved to Hermansville. After Reno’s death in 1999, she was married to John St. Juliana from 2004 until his death in 2006.

She worked at the Les Brown chair factory in Hermansville during the 1970s and at Powers Printing during the 1980s.

Dorothy was a lifelong member of St. John Neumann Church in Hermansville /Spalding. Dorothy’s Catholic faith was very important to her throughout her life. She was a member of the St. Anne Society.

Dorothy loved to work in her garden in the summer and shovel snow in the winter.

Survivors include two brothers, Wesley Perket of Menasha, Wis., and Wally (Carol) Perket of Neenah, Wis.; two daughters, Pauline (Bill) Marmalick of Escanaba and Susan (Ted) Janke of Spalding; two sons, Randy (Paula) Fochesato of Stonington and Mark Fochesato of Escanaba; five grandchildren, Clay (Wendi) Marmalick of Chelsea, Mich., Michael (Heather) Fochesato of Gypsum, Colo., Kristy Fochesato, of Austin, Texas, Gina Fochesato of Austin, Texas, and Danny Fochesato of Milwaukee; four great-grandchildren, Sylvia and Gavin Fochesato, and Silas and Stella Marmalick.

In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by one brother, Pete Perket; and four sisters, Vida Grenier, Vivian Perket, Marcie Schoen, and Donna Haag.

Visitation will be on Thursday, Feb. 22, from noon to 2 p.m. CST at St. John Neumann Church in Spalding. Mass will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wtyklo officiating. Burial will be at Meyers Township Cemetery in the spring.

The family would like to thank the caregivers on the Special Care Unit at Pinecrest for their loving care of their Mom.
