Michael Allen LaVigne
ESCANABA — Michael Allen LaVigne, infant son of Kaitlyn ‘Katie’ LaVigne, passed away early Sunday morning, Jan. 21, 2018, at home surrounded by his loving family.
Michael was born on Jan. 10, 2018. In his 11 days on Earth he touched so many hearts and made a huge impact on his family and will be dearly missed.
Michael is survived by his mother, Katie LaVigne; grandparents, Brian and Debby LaVigne; aunts, Jessica Benson and Jerrica LaVigne; and great-grandfathers, Leo LaVigne and Ronald Smith, all of Escanaba.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Mary Smith, Marilyn Smith and Janet LaVigne; and great-uncle, Rick LaVigne.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Jan. 27, from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Crawford Funeral Home in Escanaba. The funeral services will follow at noon at the funeral home with Rev. Emmett Norden officiating.
Burial will take place in Lakeview Cemetery spring 2018.
