GLADSTONE — Gladstone Public Safety is still investigating the cause of a fire that destroyed a home on Delta Avenue in Gladstone Sunday morning.

At around 2:10 a.m. Sunday, public safety officers and the Gladstone Volunteer Fire Department responded to a house fire at 1311 Delta Ave.

The vacant home is considered a total loss and two neighboring homes sustained some damage. Firefighters remained on scene until 7 a.m. Sunday.

Assisting at the scene was the Escanaba Township Fire Department.
