ESCANABA — A Gladstone man was recently bound over on multiple possession of child sexually abusive material and using computers to commit a crime charges from Delta County District Court to circuit court.

Daniel James Wiltzius, 40, of 4280 Co. 416 20th Rd., Gladstone, was bound over on the following counts: three counts of child sexually abusive material – possession, a four-year felony and a maximum fine of $10,000; and three counts of computers – using to commit a crime – maximum imprisonment of four years or more but less than 10 years, a seven-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Feb. 26, 2019 in Escanaba.

Wiltzius’s bond was set at $75,000 cash/surety.
