ESCANABA — The city of Escanaba was recently awarded $2,500 from a Prosperous Places Mini-Grant. Funds were used to provide safety to bicyclists and to bring awareness that other users are sharing the roadway.

Signage was installed for the non-motorized pathway system on 5th Avenue South from South Lincoln Road to Ludington Park/Lake Shore Drive. In addition, signage was installed on Lake Shore Drive from South Lincoln Road to Ludington Park.
