ESCANABA The Escanaba St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) Store has expanded and is seeking volunteers and donations. The store is currently in need of gently used clothing, furniture and miscellaneous items. Note all winter inventory as of Jan. 22 has gone to the thrift store. Donations that do not sell in the store go to the Escanaba SVdP Recycling Center and are sold for use in Third World countries.

More helpers to sort clothing and other items are needed on weekdays anytime between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Contact Warehouse and Recycling Manager Cindy Bedard at 789-1281, or Store Manager Robin Alexander at 786-2808, to help. Volunteers can set their own work schedule on the day or days of their choice.
