ESCANABA — The following individual was recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court.

Robert Michael Reynolds, 40, 10463 Pine Street, P.O. Box 514, Rapid River, pleaded no contest to one count of attempted false report or threat of terrorism.

He was sentenced to six months in jail with credit of 95 days served.

The balance of his jail sentence was suspended until the end of his 12 months probation term and conditioned upon his compliance with the probation.

He was ordered to pay $1,028 in fines and costs.
