ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Ronald Levi Sagataw, 40, of W328 Oak Road, Wilson, was bound over on one count of operating while intoxicated – third offense notice, a one to five-year felony and a maximum fine of $5,000 or probation with 30 days to one year in jail, 60 to 180 days community service, rehabilitative program and mandatory vehicle immobilization of not less than one year or more than three years. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 3, 2019 in Delta County. The bond was set at 10 percent surety of $15,000.

Jennifer Lee Moran, 31, of 5680 1st Ave., Wells, was bound over on the following counts: one count of controlled substance – possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams, a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; two counts of controlled substance – possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; one count of controlled substance – possession (substance added to schedule five by rules), a one-year misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions; and one count of controlled substance – maintaining a drug house, a two-year high court misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Aug. 27, 2019 in Masonville Township. Moran posted a $25,000 cash/surety bond.
