OPERATING WHILE INTOXICATED

Kelly Jo Majestic, 52, of 155 S. 29th St. Lot 109, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated and one count of alcohol – open container in a vehicle; four days jail, credit for two days served, two days suspended; six months probation; 16 hours community service; alcohol highway safety class; $1,500 fines and costs.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Joseph Richard Flemming, 23, of 997 Counter Road, Niagra, Wis., pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession (schedules five and LSD, etc.); 11 days jail, credit for three days; driver’s license suspended 180 days; $850 fines and costs.
