BREAKING AND ENTERING A VEHICLE

Stephan Phillip Lacy, 32, of 810 S. 18th, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property less than $200 and one count of attempted resist and obstruct; 93 days jail for the first of these counts, 150 days jail for the second, credit for 20 days already served on both; concurrent sentences; $875 fines and costs.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Jason Stephen Boudreau, 37, of 524 E. Layton Ave., Appleton, Wis., pleaded no contest to one count of domestic violence; seven days jail, credit for two days served, five days suspended; 50 hours community service; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

Brandon Kip Wandahsega, 43, of 4476 D Road, Bark River, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence; 61 days jail, credit for 61 days jail; $650 fines and costs.

Rodney Dean Ellison, 51, of 817 1/2 Delta Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence; 41 days jail, credit for 41 days jail; six months probation; $950 fines and costs.

CHILD ABUSE – FOURTH DEGREE

Chad Dale Klotz, 24, of 313 S. 19th, third, lower apt., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of child abuse – fourth degree; 45 days jail, credit for 29 days served; 12 months probation; $1,350 fines and costs.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Kaitlyne Marie Micheau, 24, of 609 N. 9th St., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – use; 180 days jail, credit for 30 days served, 150 days suspended; driver’s license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days; 12 months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

Krista Marie Medwayosh, 24, of 3600 Gijik Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of marijuana: conviction entered; probation revoked and citation entered; 15 days jail; driver’s license restricted for 30 days and suspended for 180 days.

RETAIL FRAUD

Tyler Harry-John WIlliams, 19, of N15363 Cedarview Dr., Wilson, pleaded guilty to one count of retail fraud – third degree; 20 days jail, 16 days suspended; 12 months probation; inpatient rehabilitative treatment; $26.43 restitution; $1,150 fines and costs.

Jennifer Lynn McGlothen, 46, of 1715 7th Ave., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of retail fraud – second degree; 12 months jail, credit for 25 days served.

DISORDERLY DRUNK PERSON

Nicole Diane Johnston, 39, of 325 S. 14th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly person – drunk and one count of trespass – criminal trespass; 22 days jail, credit for 22 days served; 12 months probation; $400 fines and costs.
