ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated cases.

Amy Lynn Teeple, 38, of 210 N. 13th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of uttering and publishing – habitual offender – second offense notice. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail and given credit for 158 days already served. Teeple was ordered to pay $63 in restitution and $698 in fines and costs.

Richard Michael Bizeau III, 33, of 2701 7th Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy and one count of controlled substance – possession (substance added to schedule five by rule). He was sentenced to 161 days in jail and credited 161 days already served. Bizeau’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. He will be placed on probation for 24 months. He must complete Drug Court and all its requirements, including any costs associated. Bizeau was ordered to pay $1,216 in fines and costs.

Mitchel Alan LaFave, 37, of 1315 2nd Ave. S., Apt. 4, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules one, two and three except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine). He was sentenced to a minimum of one year and 11 months to a maximum of seven years in prison, with credit of 172 days already served. LaFave was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs.
