Individuals bound over to circuit court

ESCANABA — The following individuals were bound over from Delta County to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Amy Lynn Teeple, 38, of Delta County Jail, Escanaba, was bound over one count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony and a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 11, 2019 in Delta County. The bond was set at $20,000 cash/surety.

Shannon Marie Lippold, 41, 1321 Stephenson Ave., Escanaba, was bound over in two cases. In one case she was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Aug. 14, 2019 in Escanaba. Lippold posted 10 percent of $15,000 surety.

Lippold was also bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules one, two and three except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine), a seven-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Aug. 14, 2019 in Escanaba. Lippold posted 10 percent of $7,500 surety.

Kayleigh Margaret Shope, 26, of 409 S. 16th St., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Aug. 28, 2019 in Escanaba. The bond was set at $15,000 cash/surety.

Daniel Paul Kurth, 49, of 3330 West Maple Ave., Eunice, La., was bound over on the following counts: conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 50 grams, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000; and controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 50 grams, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident that occurred between April 6, 2019 through May 16, 2019 in Escanaba. The bond was set at $35,000 cash/surety.

Kristi Qualeen Bertrand, 31, of 701 S. 38th St., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules one, two and three except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine), a seven-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Jan. 29, 2019 in Escanaba. The bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000.

Tracey Jane Roccini, 52, of 4364 Deer Valley Lane, Rapid River, was bound over on one count of operating while intoxicated – third offense notice, a a one to five-year felony and a maximum fine of $5,000 or probation with 30 days to one year in jail, 60 to 180 days community service, rehabilitative program and mandatory vehicle immobilization of not less than one year or more than three years. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Jan. 1, 2019 in Bay de Noc Township. Roccini posted 10 percent of $3,000.

Kelley Liane Hansen, 27, of 1300 2nd Ave. N., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 11, 2019 in Delta County. The bond was set at $20,000 cash/surety.
