Defendants sentenced in court

ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Krystal Mary White, 33, of Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility, 3201 Bemis Road, Ypsilanti, pleaded guilty to attempted controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth. She was sentenced to a minimum of one year and 11 months to a maximum of five years in prison.

She was credited for 169 days already served. White was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs.

Noel Delalus Sagataw, 34, of 1403 S. 14th St., Upper, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to attempted sex offenders – failure to comply with registration act.

He was sentenced to eight months in jail and credited for two days already served. He was ordered to pay $758 in fines and costs.

Heather Lynn Olson, 34, of 8925 Bayshore Drive, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of meth.

She was sentenced to 12 months in jail and credited for 142 days already served. Olson’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. She was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.

Sarah Jean Doutree, 26, of 5971 Oak 22.25 Lane, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy. She will be placed on probation for two years and must successfully complete Drug Court requirements and the program itself.

Doutree’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days.

She was ordered to pay $1,088 in fines and costs.
