ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated cases.

Allen Gerald Kleiman, 23, of W3656 Greenwood Ave., Spalding, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession/analogues. He was sentenced to six months in jail and credited for one day already served. Kleiman’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. He was ordered to pay $758 in fines and costs.

Erik Scott Drossart, 32, of 525 N. 18th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules one, two and three except marijuana, meth, ecstasy and cocaine) and one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedule four). He was sentenced to a minimum of one year and six months to a maximum of seven years in prison, and given credit for 174 days on the first of these counts. On the second count, he was sentenced to a minimum of one year and six months to a maximum of four years in prison, and given credit for 174 days. The sentencing shall be served concurrently. Drossart was ordered to pay $266 in fines and costs.

Michelle Marie McGraw, 27, of 5715 N. Oak Park .0 Drive, Wells, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules one, two and three except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine). She was sentenced to six months in jail and credited for one day already served. After serving four months in jail, McGraw may be released from incarceration to transition into inpatient treatment. McGraw’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. She will be placed on probation for 18 months. She was ordered to pay $1,088 in fines and costs, and $120 in restitution.

Kayla Ann Meek, 30, of 329 S. 14th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two counts probation violation with the underlying offenses of habitual offender — second offense notice and two counts of financial transaction device — forgery, alteration or counterfeiting. She was sentenced to 30 days jail and credited for two days already served. Probation will be continued.
