STEPHENSON — The next meeting of the Menominee County Democratic Party will be held at the County Annex Building S904 US 41 in Stephenson on Tuesday, Aug. 6, beginning at 6:30 p.m. In addition to reports from each of the officers, the group will host its second round-table discussion. This month’s topic will concern gender equality and women’s rights. There will also be petitions to sign for Senator Gary Peters reelection campaign. Those members who have circulated petitions on their own are encouraged to return them at the meeting. The party will also hold a fund-raising rummage sale on Sept. 7.
