ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Nicklas Blake Wyckoff, 18, of 549 26th St., Gladstone, was bound over on the following two counts: police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing, a two-year felony and a maximum fine of $2,000; and operating with a high BAC, a 180-day misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $700, 360 hours community service, rehabilitative program, and vehicle immobilization mandatory with a prior. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 6, 2019 in Delta County. The bond was set at $10,000 cash/surety.

Robert Lewis Stade, 71, of 217 Dakota Ave. N. 213, Gladstone, was bound over on one count of operating while intoxicated – third offense notice – felony, a one to five-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000 or probation with 30 days to one year in jail, 60 to 180 days of community service, rehabilitative program, and mandatory vehicle immobilization of not less than one year or more than three years. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on June 19, 2019 in Gladstone. Stade posted a $12,000 cash/surety bond.

Robert Benjamin Porter, 25, of 2114 Meyers Ave., Colorado Springs, Colo., was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Oct. 18, 2018 in Escanaba. Porter posted a $7,500 cash bond.
