Jessica Lyn Siedlecki, 42, of 15 S. 3rd St., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to disorderly person – drunk; five days jail, credit for one day served, four days suspended; 24 hours community service; $650 fines and costs.

LARCENY

Jessie Clayton Huskey, 40, of 1112 Sheridan Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to larceny – $200 or more but less than $1,000; 93 days jail, credit for 30 days served; $2,000 restitution; $450 fines and costs.

EMBEZZLEMENT

Renee Lynn Frappier, 46, of 912 1st Ave. N., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to embezzlement – agent or trustee $200 or more but less than $1,000; 60 days jail; 12 months probation; $726 restitution; $1,850 fines and costs.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Lukus Joseph Begovac, 39, of N1071 2nd Ave., Trenary, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; 60 days jail, credit for one day served; 12 months probation; $1,150 fines and costs.

Dalton James Laverman, 19, of 9089 Blueberry 23.5 Lane, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; five days jail, credit for two days served, three days suspended; 32 hours community service; six months probation; $900 fines and costs.

DISORDERLY INTOXICATION

Heather Lynn Rush, 32, of 317 Stephenson Ave., Escanaba, pleaded no contest to disorderly intoxication; three days jail, credit for one day served, two days suspended; 16 hours community service; six months probation; $375 fines and costs.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

John Curtis Ratliff, 31, of 4514 Danforth Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while impaired; four days jail, credit for four days served; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

Molly Jean Anderson, 66, of 9174 Bay Shore Drive, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating while impaired; four days jail, credit for two days served, two days suspended; 16 hours community service; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

HIGH BAC

Michael Christopher Frame, 50, of 1006 2nd Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating with a high BAC; 17 days jail, credit for two days served, eight days suspended, 40 hours community service in lieu of remaining seven days; 12 months probation; $1,936 restitution; $1,500 fines and costs.

RETAIL FRAUD

Jonathan Floyd Therrien, 28, of 1600 S. 30th St., Lot 106, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to retail fraud – third degree; 93 days jail, credit for six days served.

DISORDERLY DRUNK PERSON

Spencer Dean Lafave, 20, of 8423 P.5 Road, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly person – drunk and one count of attempted police officer – resisting and obstructing; 15 days jail, credit for 15 days served for the first count; four days jail, credit for four days served for the second count; $700 fines and costs.

INTOXICATED DRIVING

Brian Robert Baum, 64, of 1906 Park Ave., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; five days jail, credit one day served, four days suspended; 25 hours community service; alcohol tether for 45 days; six months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATION

John Matt Clark Jr., 52, of 325 S. 14th St., Lower, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; two days jail, credit for two days served; $350 fines and costs.
