ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated cases.

Logan Lyn Johnson, 24, of 226 N. 15th St., Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of criminal sexual conduct – second degree (multiple variables). Johnson was sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison and credited for 354 days already served. Johnson is subject to lifetime monitoring. Johnson was ordered to pay $258 in fines and costs.

Ginger Ann Aker, 38, of 1112 Sheridan Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture meth. Aker was sentenced to five to 20 years in prison and credited for 43 days already served. Aker was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs.

Michael James Smith, 33, of 5043 M.5 Lane, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing habitual offender – second offense notice. Smith was sentenced to one year and 10 months to three years in prison and credited for three days already served. Smith was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs.

Jay David Odovero, 46, of 101-A Quarry Road, Marquette, pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle – unlawful use – two year misdemeanor. He was sentenced to nine months in jail and credited for four days already served. Odovero’s driver’s license will be suspended for 90 days. Odovero was ordered to pay $258 in fines and costs.

Trenton Jay Fitch, 36, of 3881 L.15 Lane, Escanaba, was found guilty to a probation violation after pleaded guilty to one count of accessory after the fact to a felony. He was sentenced to 10 days jail and credited for 10 days already served. Fitch’s probation will expire on July 1, 2019 on the condition that he pays $789.60 by Friday, June 7, 2019 at 4 p.m.

Amanda Marie Ann Pardee, 37, of N16691 Vega Road, Hermansville, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin, or another narcotic) less than 50 grams. Pardee was sentenced to 11 months in jail and credited for 116 days already served. Pardee will be placed on probation for 24 months. Pardee’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. Pardee was ordered to pay $1,148 in fines and costs. Pardee also pleaded guilty in another case to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules 1, 2, and 3 except marijuana, meth, ecstasy and cocaine). She was sentenced to nine months in jail and credited for 116 days already served. Pardee was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs.

Zakary Arthur Barnhart, 17, of 904 S. 15th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle – unlawful driving away. Barnhart was sentenced to six months in jail and credited for 158 days already served. Barnhart’s driver’s license will be suspended for a year.

Jacob Michael Calouette, 34, of 717 Michigan Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to attempted – home invasion – third degree. Calouette was sentenced to 11 months in jail. Calouette was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs.
