Lunch on Ludington concerts start June 5

ESCANABA — A new weekly outdoor summer concert series will debut at the Escanaba Marketplace on Wednesday, June 5. The free concerts will be held Wednesdays from June through August from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to have lunch and hear the musicians. There will be picnic tables and seating available and the playground will be open for children to enjoy. “Wingin’ It” with Pat Feldhusen and Michael Hall will kick off the series on June 5, followed by Casey Chouinard on June 12, Sherrie Sarno on June 19, and Phil Lynch and The Red House Revelation on June 26. July and August schedules will be announced in the future. The Farmer’s Market will open at 3 p.m. following the concerts. This series is sponsored by Blues for a Cause and the Escanaba DDA.
