EMBEZZLEMENT

Heather Ann Kane, 41, of 500 S. 19th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to attempted embezzlement — agent or trustee — $1,000 (embezzlement — agent or trustee — $200 or more but less than $1,000 dismissed); 30 days jail, credit for two days served; 12 months probation; $844.09 restitution; $1,350 fines and costs.

RETAIL FRAUD

Michelle Lee Hardwick, 27, of 401 S. 10th St. Upper, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to retail fraud — attempted second (retail fraud — second degree dismissed); six months jail, credit for 82 days served; $125 fines and costs.

Kristine Harley Rupprecht, 26, of 6419 N. 2nd St., Wells, pleaded guilty to retail fraud — attempted third; 15 days jail; $800 fines and costs.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Tara Marie Minthorn, 33, of 8283 N.7 Lane, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating — with the presence of a controlled substance; 33 days jail, credit for 33 days served; $1,050 fines and costs.

Jacob Isaac Anderson, 27, of 1606 12th Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating — impaired; 30 days jail, credit for two days served, 28 days suspended; 18 months probation; $1,650 fines and costs.

Kimberly Sue Wyatt, 48, of 510 1st Ave. S. 1101, Bark River, pleaded guilty to operating — while intoxicated/with the presence of a controlled substance — second; 100 days jail, credit for 48 days served; 12 months probation; $1,350 fines and costs.
