ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Jason Bradley Ives, 39, of 1375 17th Road, Bark River, was bound over on one count of uttering and publishing, a 14-year felony. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on March 8, 2019, in Escanaba. Ives posted a bond set at 10 percent of $15,000.

Nicholas James Micheau, 40, of 9495 Bay Shore Drive, Gladstone, was bound over on the following counts: one count of operating while intoxicated – third offense notice – felony, a one to five-year felony, or probation with 30 days to a year in jail and 60 to 180 days of community service, with a maximum fine of $5,000, rehabilitation programs and mandatory vehicle immobilization of not less than one year or more than three years; and three counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing, each a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 17, 2019 in Escanaba. Micheau posted a bond set at 10 percent of $7,500.

Kenneth John Lauscher, 48, of 220 S. 16th St., Upper, Escanaba, was bound over on two separate cases. In the first case Lauscher was bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 18, 2018 in Escanaba.

The bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety. In the second case, Lauscher was bound over on one count of ephedrine/pseudoephedrine – purchase/possess to make meth, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Aug. 29, 2018 in Escanaba. The bond was set at $1,000 cash.

Kellie Jean Gillis, 46, of 549 20th St., Gladstone, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison.

The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Feb. 20, 2019 in Gladstone. Gillis was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.
