MANISTIQUE – The first block of Cedar Street from Peoples Store to China King will again be transformed into four basketball courts this year for the annual Cedar Street Slam. The date for the event has changed. The event is slated to take place June 8.

Geared as a family event, the Slam has a category for everyone. Age groups include 10 and under all the way to 35 plus for both genders.

Included with registration will be a two-game guarantee, as well as t-shirts for all team members.

Online registration and payment will again be accepted at www.eventbrite.com. When registering online, teams will need to have all team member information including name, age, and t-shirt size.

All necessary documentation and registration forms will be available on the event website at www.cedarstreetslam.com.
