YMCA to host free feet First Clinic
ESCANABA — The YMCA will be hosting a Feet First Clinic on Thursday, March 14, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the MTEC center at Bay College. Physical therapists from UP Health System/Doctors Park Rehab will assist with gait analysis, stride length and postural alignment. Certified Pedorthist David Brown will assist with orthotic and insole recommendations for your specific foot type. Shoe expert, Kevin Thomsen will assist with fitting you for the perfect shoe type. YMCA Personal Trainer Sam Nelson will assist with knowledge on proper exercises for core strengthening. Registration is not required but helpful. To obtain more information, call the YMCA at 789-0005.
