ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated charges.

Milton J. Walker, 46, of 1620 Willow Creek Rd. Lot 2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams. He was sentenced to 10 months in jail. He will be placed on probation for 24 months. Walker’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. Walker was ordered to pay $588 in fines and costs.

Klaye Reuben Olson, 23, of 611 Talon St., Gwinn, pleaded guilty to police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Olson was sentenced to 90 days in jail and given credit for four days already served. Olson will be placed on probation for 18 months. Olson was ordered to pay $588 in fines and costs.

Noah James Olson, 27, of 328 N. 15th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to probation violation (two counts) from his underlying offense of assault with a dangerous weapon. Olson was sentenced to 63 days in jail.

Haily Marie Hatting, 29, of 806 2nd Ave. S. Apt. 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession/analogues. Hatting was sentenced to nine months in jail and given credit for 101 days already served. Hatting’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. Hatting was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.

Nathan James Gartland, 32, of 4977 Lane 17.7 Dr., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – third. Gartland was sentenced to 12 months in jail and given credit for 80 day already served. Gartland’s driver’s license will be revoked. Gartland was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.

Douglas Wayne Bradford, 47, of 1619 Engman Lake Rd., Skandia, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – maintaining a drug house (vehicle). Bradford was sentenced to 12 months in jail and given credit for four days already served. Bradford’s driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. Bradford was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.
