ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Dustyn Alexander McNellis, 30, of 15 S. 3rd St., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. He was sentenced 12 months in jail and given credit for 94 days already served. McNellis was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.

Jeffrey Jay Willette, 44, of 1018 S. 2nd Ave. Apt. No. 6, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to attempted sex offenders – failure to comply with registration act. He was sentenced one month jail and given credit for 13 days already served. Willette was ordered to pay $698 in fines and costs.

Ashley Lynn Johns, 25, of 3277 Peterson Rd., Green Bay, Wis., pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy. She was sentenced nine months jail and given credit for 126 days already served. Johns’ driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. Johns was ordered to pay $758 in fines and costs.
